  • Stage Curtain manually operated from stage left
  • Stage accessed via steps at front of stage
  • Note: No green room available during theatre construction next door in 2019/2020


  • For-profit activities $295 per day
    eg sale of antiques; theatrical and other performances for which entrance is charged (eg Jazz Festival and Spectrum Theatre productions); functions involving large numbers of people (eg weddings and balls)
  • Not-for-profit / semi-profitable activities $100 per day
    eg craft markets, art exhibitions and orchid shows); other displays for public interest
  • Rehearsals & meetings $65 all day / $45 for 4 hours
